Description
The Rod and Cable Pusher /Puller /Pulling Machine is mainly composed of three parts: engine, gearbox and transmission device. The jaws of the transmission device are opened and closed up and down to make way for the cables to be effectively retracted and released freely. The traction machine uses the electric motor as the power source. The main shaft gear chain is driven by the gearbox. The chain engages the transmission device and drives the transmission belt to achieve linear motion. The machine is also equipped with a support rod to support the reaction force of the cable during machine operation and maintain the transmission line. The machine does not move while the cable is being cabled.
Features
1. It is suitable for the operation of pipe threading and winding of various specifications of pipe wearers, and the maximum distance can reach about 300-500 meters.
2. Suitable for all kinds of overhead and underground fiber optic cable pulling work, 12-288 cores are acceptable, of which the maximum length can reach about 1000 meters below 144 cores, as well as for Rods Continues.
3. It is suitable for the construction of wiring and laying of street light poles, and laying of cables with a diameter of less than 20mm.
4. The maximum pulling force of the machine can be equivalent to 4-5 people.
5. When the machine exceeds the maximum pulling force, it will automatically stop working to ensure that the optical cable is not damaged.
